* Cardboard, plastics, pallets and other recyclable materials are separated and recycled wherever possible.
* Metal components are collected separately for recycling instead of being sent to landfill.
* Refurbished and returned products are resold through eBay where appropriate, extending their useful life and reducing waste.
* We work to reduce packaging on our own branded products, using less material wherever it is safe and practical to do so.
* Delivery routes are carefully planned to combine journeys, reduce unnecessary mileage and improve vehicle efficiency.
* Our delivery vehicle uses AdBlue to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide emissions.
* Imported shipments are consolidated and containers are filled efficiently, avoiding part-empty loads wherever possible.
* Reusable pallets are retained, reused or recycled rather than discarded.
* We actively look for ways to repair, reuse and recycle products and materials, helping us avoid sending unnecessary waste to landfill.
