It means the important dimensions and support choices are selected around you. For a chair, that can include seat height, seat depth, width, back style and motor action. For a bed, it can include size, mattress support, fabric and comfort options.
Can I choose the colour and fabric?+
Yes. We offer a wide choice of fabrics, colours and finishing details so your chair or bed complements your home as well as supporting your needs.
Is VAT relief available?+
Many qualifying products can be supplied without VAT when the user has a disability or long-term illness and the relevant conditions are met. Our team can explain the declaration process; eligibility rules apply.
Can you deliver and set everything up?+
Yes. White Glove delivery and installation is available, subject to product and postcode. We can place the furniture in your chosen room, assemble it and show you how it works.
